Hot Artichoke Dip
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- about 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- splash of lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in oven proof dish. Bake in oven or toaster oven for 10 minutes at 350 F until hot and bubbly.Serve with crackers or breadsticks.
